What are you currently working on?

A series of Gorey-influenced small books, morbid and semi-autobiographical. Also compiling a half dozen older projects that were never published, to self-print for my table at the Portland Comicon in the Fall.

 

Why should people vote for you?

I feel like I have a nearly inexhaustible quantity of creative work that I could produce into the world, and that a lot of it would be good. I just need a teensy bit of support, someone to weave their fingers together and let me stand on them, to get that extra one foot needed to scale the wall.

AND I have the best proof of creative prowess possible: I am father to four of the most outlandishly creative queer geniuses you're likely to run across any time soon. Now that they are all adult, it's time to amp up the gas under my solo projects.
